Lets play some Baseball! The last two weeks have been filled with Practice and RAIN! I am ready for all this Rain to STOP!
Luke is in Coaches Pitch and the SMALLEST one on the Team. I think even the little girl is bigger than him. He makes you want to pull for him. He has a scrimmage last night, and got out at bat once, and hit it and made it to base the second time. He really tried hard. Despite the fact the other kids on the team are bigger and better. I can honestly say Luke has the most HEART and he is going to do great! His jersey is # 1! He is pretty excited about being #1. The color is Rust/Brown/Orange with Black Letters. It looks like Texas A&M colors.
Ashlyn is still in T-Ball, and after seeing Luke in Coaches Pitch she might be in T-ball one more year! We will have to wait and see. So far she has played 1st and 2nd. The coach is a little shocked, that despite being a tiny little thing, she can HIT the ball and is one of the best throwers on the team. She can get the ball in from a pretty far distance! She had the most DETERMINATION, and is going to be the STAR of the Team!!! We are not sure what number she has yet. We skipped out of practice a little early and most of the numbers have already been taken. We are going to be 3,6 or 7, is that the Team Mom said. Ashlyn could care less! LOL! The color of our team is Grey with Navy Letters.

Valentine!
I am not a really big Valentine kind of person.
This year it has been 4 years since I had my radiation and cancer free.
Luke gave me a hand written note, that said if he had the money he would buy me something shiny, flowers and candy! Now that is pure sweetness.
Ashlyn gave me a sign to hang up at work that said God is Love. Love these babies.
And Pat gave me two boxes of Special K Limited Edition, Chocolate Strawberry Cereal. It is wonderful!

Squeaky Clean Dentist Appointments!
Luke, Ashlyn and I all had a squeaky clean checkups today and yesterday.

Mountain House in Marion! Happy Birthday Daddy!
We were able to head to Marion Friday, February 8th - February 10th.
It looked like we were in the Mountains, however we were in Marion! My best friend, her husband, Baby Ava and Winston aka Qwincy came with us!
It was a nice relaxing trip. Nicole and I were a little run down, and I ended up having broncitis, sinus infection and a uppper respiratory infection when we got back, but it was so nice to hang out with them.
Mom and Will came over Friday Night to hang out and see the Mountain house. Sunday morning Livie, Jedd Alan, Mom and Will came over to get in the Hot Tub.
The hits of the trip were seeing everyone, camp fires, HOT TUB!
We enjoyed a great lunch at a downtown resturant Sunday to celebrate birthday's! 12 of us could hardly fit at the table.
Luke and Ashlyn would live in Marion if I let them. They act at home. I think I am allergic to the air in Marion I always seem to get sick. LOL!
Pat had a great Birthday! Daddy is 38! WOW!

Flu
Everyone around us has the Flu! We have a trip planned to go to Marion, and I really hope we don't catch the flu while we are gone!

Week-end!
Friday Pat and I split the day at home, Luke had the stomach bug. I was so stressed out that I started drinking wine to calm down while watching the young and restless.
Saturday we hung out at the house, and played the Wii. Neither one of the kids wanted to leave the house. Pat made a trip to take off the trash and I made a trip to Wal-Mart to stock up the fridge and cabnits. We were down to bread and peanut butter.
Sunday we made it to church and then. Luke had tickets to the Carolina girls basketball game, and Pat took him and Ashlyn to the game. They were so excited. They got to see cocky and get some cotton candy. They loved time with daddy at the basketball game. I was able to hang out at the house and wash some clothes, and just chill. It was pretty nice. We watched the Superbowl. It looks like the Ravens did it when I went to sleep in the 3rd quarter they were trying to give it to the 49ers. I am glad the Ravens won!
