Night before last I made this pasta dish. It was basically Pasta cooked in Chicken Broth and I added a Bag of Broccoli and Corn topped with Parmesan Cheese. The kids CLEANED their plate.
Last night we made Beef Rice, topped with Soy Vegetables, Snap Peas, Corn, Broccoli and I think Bell Peppers. They both cleaned their plate again!
Tonight is MEXICAN Night, and Luke wants us to have our dance house party since it is our Friday! So bring on the HOUSE PARTY! Hope they eat up tonight. It is a Chicken Enchilada Casserole with Corn and Green Chilies and ...... Sour Cream. :-) They like the weirdest stuff.
I know I have not posted pictures from the past that I love lately! I will, I will....stay tuned!
