These pictures downloaded in reverse order. What a busy week-end!  Thursday Luke spent the night with Papa Boozer and Dang; school was closed.  Pat and I put up the tree Thursday night so we could decorate it as a family as soon as we got home today.  We headed up to Papa Boozer's and Dang's Friday night came home today.  It is always lots of fun.  Love to hang out and relax.  I did not take my camera this week-end so when I got home today I had about a million shots I wanted to get of the kids.
Addicted to Pinterest!  Started 2 craft projects in my mind!

The picture of the kids with the lights on the deck was one project from Pinterest. I was trying to get it at dusk.  However we tried it a few times and each time it was a little too bright still.  Luke put the lights around his neck and it pinched him and he was done.  We ended up draping them over the deck so they did not actually TOUCH the kids.

Trimming the tree is always extremely nice to do.  I like to do it before Thanksgiving so that we can enjoy it a little longer.  We are heading to Marion next week-end and back to Papa Boozer's and Dangs so we really would not have had time to do it.  So we went ahead and did it.

Like I said before we had fun, but when you are away from home you have a ton of things to do when you get home.  I had to put one more chore on myself.  I decided to redo both of our flower beds in the back yard today.  Who does that and puts out Christmas decorations?  Am I crazy?  I think so.  It looks so nice.  The kids and I removed all the rocks and we pulled grass.  When Pat got back we were almost half done.  He cut the grass and helped me re stack the rocks.  I will have to take a picture of it tomorrow. It looks so much better.  I must admit.  I was very scared moving all the rocks.  Every time I did, I would say please don't let this one have a snake under it!  I did find some ants, spiders, bugs and a lizard, but thankfully NO snake! We hope everyone has a wonderful week!
