Basketball is coming to an end, and we are lucky people!

Today was our last basketball game!  It was so fun! All the kids have improved so much.  It honestly flew by.  You know me....sappy mom, was on the verge of tears today.  It is sweet and sad at the same time to see everyone growing up so quickly in front of my face.

I put it on Facebook, but want to put it on here to make sure I capture it.  Luke did 100 sit up's the other night, and he said " I can feel my six pack kicking in".  It was so adorable.  I mentioned it to someone at church and he was too cool and said "I did not say that".  He is at the stage he gets a little worked up about the things I post on Facebook and gets really upset if I post anything....so I have felt restricted on Facebook and on the blog, because Pat does not like me to post my deep dark secrets.  He should know by now I have no secrets, and say and type what is on my mind.

On a completely separate note.  The last few days I have been amazed by peoples generosity.  Our Annual Book and Bake sale at SCE&G for the American Heart Association raised $579.00, then we had friends invite us over and feed us and another family, and now today Mrs. Beverly Joni's dear friend gave Pat $300.00 for his mission trip (she sets aside money for God and wanted Pat to have it SO SWEET), and Mike aka Paw Paw gave Pat a Meat Slicer for his 40th Birthday.  Wow, I am blown away!  I can never say Thank you enough!!
