Weigh in is today, and I have noticed a trend. Oh the week-ends are SO, SO, SO hard!! I basically am good during the week, and BAD over the week-end. I will post you on my results good or bad tomorrow.
Ok I forgot to post my weight. I is 4.6 lost. I still have not broke 5, but I am getting there I feel it.
I am in a 10 now since I have been working out more, I am losing inches and not as much actual weight. Feeling good and happy! Plus if I could stop cheating. It is amazing I have maintained instead of gained.
