I am still knocking around the 5 lbs lost. I am up 2 oz this week, but considering the wonderful week-end we had...I will take it! I had 3 days of major eating and drinking!!
We are going to start going to bed by 9:00 PM. I read an article that said you burn up to 400 more calories a night if you get 8.5 hours of sleep! That is 2,000 calories during the 5 day work week! It is worth a try.
By the way please continue to pray for Luke at school. He is still having issues with his teacher, or the better way to say it is the teacher is still having issues with Luke. He does not want to do his work, and is figity. I honestly think she wants us to take Luke to the doctor and have him diagnosed with ADHD. UGGGHHH!
