We need prayer right now and lots of it. Papa Ryan was taken to the hospital yesterday for abdominal pain. They did emergency surgery last night. His surgery went well and he is now recovering in ICU. We hope that the next few days provide him with healing, strength and comfort. He will have to recover fully in a rehab facility, but we want him to get better. Praying for you Papa!
Please pray for Will's momma, she fell and broke her foot. She is having surgery today and I hope that everything goes well. Please give the surgeon the knowledge and skill to perform the surgery and her body what it needs to heal rapidly.
Please pray for Cindy Wilkerson, she has a tumor which has caused her to have a massive stroke. She has been on life support. Some people have said that she is dead, she was taken off life support and is still here on earth with us. It is rumored that she is brain dead, I believe in God's Miracle's and he just might use one of those Miracle's for Cindy Wilkerson and her family. Please pray for a Miracle!!!
Kelly Stamps - please say a prayer for her. I don't know her personally, however I sure feel like I do. She is a blogger like me and I really enjoy reading her blog. She is one of my role models! She had a pimple that turned into a Staph infection and she is currently in the hospital receiving IV antibiotics. I really pray she will be ok and that they can get the MRSA under control and out of her system!http://www.kellyskornerblog.com/
While we are praying please add Luke and Ashlyn to that list. These are not as important as the 4 other prayer requests above but Luke's teacher is just having a hard time with him. He will fall in the hall and say he tripped, or get up at lunch to go talk with others, mess in others cubbies, and the latest he wrote on another students shirt with a marker! I guess he is acting out, but I have no idea why. Some say it is normal, Some say we should beat him. I am not sure how to handle it but don't think that overreacting will do anyone any good. You have to understand the child and have a firm hand at the same time. One does not work without the other. I think he needs love, understanding and compassion along with a firm hand. I pray that God will help Pat and I give Luke what he needs! And little Ashlyn she is struggling too, she is good don't get me wrong but she just has no individuality Luke soaks up so much of our time, worry and patience till I feel we have none left for her. It has been our goal to try not to be like that, but she still feels shafted. When Luke has something special at school she wants to have something special at school and the list goes on and on. I hope she does not go through her entire life feeling she was second with our love or that she did not get to do the things Luke did. She gets to do them all, just a year later. I pray that she understands she is special and unique and that she does not have to worry about everything Luke is doing, but be herself and find her own happiness in what SHE is DOING!
