~Week-End Recap~

Friday Night I had supper with some friends, Luke, Ashlyn and Pat joined us for the meal, and I stayed for the drink/gab session.  It was fun, always nice to have a girls night out.

Saturday we had Luke's game and our last Cheese Grits for the season.  Luke had quite a crowd of support.  Memaw and PawPaw joined us, along with Mrs. Kessia and Mr. Louie.  It was so nice of them all to come cheer little Luke on!  He did not want to play and cried when we told him he had too.  I am already rethinking this TBall thing!  We signed Luke and Ashlyn up for Tball, and it isn't cheap, so they BETTER PLAY!  We are going to charge them for every game they don't want to play.  :-)  Luke did good.  I have some really good pictures of him shooting this time.  I got him during the warm up.  And I also got some GRITS shots!  I will have to post them tonight.  After the game Pat went to help his dad and the kids and I hung around the house.  We played outside, I took a 30 minute nap then we cleaned house.  Who knew they loved cleaning so much.  We vacuumed the upstairs, and dusted the downstairs.  They loved doing both.  Who knew they loved to clean with Pledge so much?  I mean they really enjoyed it.  When Pat got home they told him they had the best time.  Pat asked what was their favorite part and they said, dusting with the Pledge.  We also played basketball in the garage for a little while, and used the laundry basket as our goal.  Then jumped on the trampoline for about an hour.

Sunday after church, we had a wonderful service we headed to Papa Ryan's!  It was so nice to see him and Mrs. Francis, and lay in the grass and get some Vitamin D!  We got some yesterday for sure.  We had some wings and pizza in preparation for the Super Bowl!  Papa Ryan tried to hang outside with us, but would get tired.  He loved sitting in his chair and watching Luke and Ashlyn play in the dirt out his front door.  We rode the 4 wheeler, Pat watered the Trees and the kids and I rode on the trailer.  I took some pictures of the vines while I was laying on the grass, also a really COOL picture of an Airplane flying by.  It was way up and looks like a cloud!  The kids and I just laid there and watched, it and watched it.  I have never really thought to try to take a picture of it.  :-)  We came home and everyone was in the bed by 8:00, and still did not want to get up this morning!
